REFUND POLICY


U.S. RETURNS


Returns are accepted for eligible U.S. orders.

To request a return, please email KP@KODYPHILLIPS.COM within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges for fulfilled orders are non-refundable.

Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or refund.

Do not return any item until you have received return instructions from KODY PHILLIPS.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


Except where required by applicable law, international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Customers residing in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise any applicable right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the EU Right of Withdrawal Form available on our website.

Upon receipt of a valid withdrawal request, KODY PHILLIPS will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Do not return any item until you have received return instructions from KODY PHILLIPS.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

• Original shipping charges for fulfilled orders, together with any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and similar charges associated with the original shipment, are non-refundable.

• Returns must be shipped with all applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and similar charges prepaid by the customer.

• Shipments arriving with unpaid or outstanding charges may be refused and returned to the sender.



REFUNDS


Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse team. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from receipt of the return for processing.

Original shipping charges for fulfilled orders are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.



DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact KP@KODYPHILLIPS.COM as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
