SHIPPING POLICY


KODY PHILLIPS (“WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”) OPERATES HTTPS://WWW.KODYPHILLIPS.COM. BY PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS SHIPPING POLICY.



1. GENERAL


All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to discuss available options, including waiting for a restock or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.



2. SHIPPING COSTS


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping charges are displayed before payment and collected at checkout.


Original shipping charges for fulfilled orders are non-refundable.



3. DELIVERY TIMES


Domestic Orders


Estimated transit time is 2–7 business days.


International Orders


Estimated transit time is 4–22 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping service selected.


Dispatch Time


Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment.


We carefully prepare and dispatch orders several times each week and appreciate your patience and support.



4. SHIPPING ADDRESSES


Delivery address changes may be accommodated before an order has been dispatched.


We ship to P.O. Boxes using postal services where available.


Military addresses may be serviced through USPS but may not be eligible for courier delivery.



5. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS


If part of your order is temporarily unavailable, we may hold the shipment until all items are ready or contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.



6. TRACKING


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation email containing shipment details.



7. SHIPPING DELAYS


While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS


If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and contents.


For lost shipments, KODY PHILLIPS will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the claim before determining an appropriate resolution. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, KODY PHILLIPS may, at its sole discretion, provide either a one-time replacement shipment or a one-time store credit. Refunds will not be issued for orders that have been fulfilled and dispatched.



9. DUTIES & TAXES


Sales Tax


Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout where required.


International Duties & Taxes


International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.


If an international shipment is refused or abandoned by the customer, any shipping costs, return shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges incurred by KODY PHILLIPS may be deducted from any eligible refund.


Original shipping charges for fulfilled orders are non-refundable.



10. CANCELLATIONS


Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting KP@KODYPHILLIPS.COM.


If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy and, where applicable, the KODY PHILLIPS EU Right of Withdrawal.



11. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS


International returns and, where applicable, statutory withdrawal requests are governed by the KODY PHILLIPS Refund Policy.


Customers must not return items without first obtaining return instructions from our team.


International return shipments must be sent in accordance with the return instructions provided by KODY PHILLIPS and with all applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and similar charges prepaid by the customer.


Shipments arriving with unpaid or outstanding charges may be refused and returned to the sender.
